With an Egyptian Sphinx sitting proud on each of the 3 corners.
- A cut glass bowl at the top, for displaying serving fruit, and it does lift off.
- Standing on 3 beautiful elegant acanthus shaped curved legs.
- Featuring fine repoussé detail around the edges of foliage & geometric shapes.
- Initial Hallmarked J.B.C & S. Ltd on the base underneath is in a crescent shape, which dates it to late 19th century Victorian era, 1896.
- The maker is by J.B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd, Birmingham.
- Condition report.
- Offered in fine used, old worn condition.
- No chips to the glass, having noticeable scratches, stains, wear marks commensurate with usage & age.
