- Artist biography Albert Williams a British artist was born near Brighton in the year of 1922 in the county of Sussex. He was from a family of known artists as his father also painted. He was known to have gone to art schools in Paris also London. Albert Williams has shown at the Royal Academy also the Paris Salon. He loved to paint still life flower paintings he worked in oils. His style was heavily influenced by 17th century Dutch floral master artists. His works are carefully painted from flowers from real life. He died in 2010. His works have sold at auctions around the world like Christie’s, Bonhams and many others with the current highest sold price being $3,910 US dollars.
