This pair of absolutely fabulous fetching pelicans are STUNNING. Stylistically I believe they are somewhere between Art Deco and “Mid- Century Modern” ; I am myself in that category and I recall seeing statuary of this quality at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in 1956. My South Georgia mother was an early member of this once iconically “casual” Mecca for beach goers within driving distance. I am thrilled with the respect afforded to the grandeur of their patina. I've been looking everywhere for a classical fireplace surround to upgrade my hideous stone fireplace, and unfortunately we just don't have nice salvaged ones locally in California. Mike was awesome and helped me arrange a wire transfer, international delivery, and getting through customs, and somehow that still cost less than shipping one in from New England, and it was faster! I had it on my doorstep from Cheshire to LA in under 2 weeks during the pandemic. Amazing service and amazing product! I wouldn't hesitate to import anything from this shop again.

So exciting bought a huge oil painting of the Earl of Somerset historic and totally wonderful. My wife was looking for a showpiece of an oil painting for the entrance hall of our new home, wow we got an amazing deal! Asking price was £8500 and this beautiful Lady named Diana excepted my offer of £7250 and Free Delivery to Cornwall. This amazing online antiques & fine art gallery must be the pride of Cheshire.
