Subject thoroughbred horses in stable facing right and left quarter length head profile, they are looking out of their stable door, one is dark brown with white & has longer hair and the other lighter tan with white having shorter hair and wearing reigns.
The horse on the left is called Rojo and inscribed the other is unnamed.
The facial muscle definition on each has been painted masterfully.
Set in traditional decorative gilt frames.
Signed by the British artist B Day.
Medium is oil on board.
